Eye injury???

My 6 month old spotted Sussex poked it's eye on a protruding wire (since taken care of) I am thinking. Eye red swollen with pus .....have been putting rxvet it water as a precautionary measure. Been putting tterramycin on her eye 2× daily for 10 days now. Better but still a little swollen. Red mostly gone still pus .... can open a little but eyeball on the inside still looks red.

Anything else i can do?? Thanks for any suggestions

Warm moist pack to her eye and I would put her on an oral antibiotic. If you have an avian vet nearby I'd sure get her seen.
