Hello, i Have have a quick behavior question, my hens are 18 months and going through their first molt. So far they been loseing feathers at a slow rate, so I have yet to see any major feather loss. (But they are sort of miserable) Egg production has entirely stoped, yet on occasion one still...
I thought I'd update what's going on with my flock, so if anyone else ever has this problem...my flock is molting... This makes me feel kind of stupid because I over reacted. I am glad the only "treatment" i did was pumpkin seeds. I realized that at 18 months, with bald heads, listlessness...
Not yet...I didn't because I found it unlikely several hens would get egg bound at the same time. If she is not better by tomorrow or has yet to lay an egg I may check. I don't feel anything...

Thats what I am thinking, it is not noticeable to look at but it is a little bulgy and firm to touch, she hardly ate so it should not be full. I am gonna seperate her and see if I can confirm it. I am also deworming the entire flock as a cautionary measure. Thank you for the help.
She did poop, mostly watery, but that is because she's been drinking a lot of water recently. I can not feel a egg but I will check again and compare to another chicken. They never been wormed before.
Well, today when I checked on them to see how they are. One, still has a purple comb, but she is running around like a normal hen. But my other one, is still sick. She's not purple anymore but she is still lethargic and puffed up. Just sleeping and roosting all day. My chickens never let me get...
