I made this Feeder today, 3" PVC pipe, 1-T fitting & 2- 90 degree elbows, when I fill the tube the feed doesn't want to go into the 90s?? So In the picture they are full because I put feed in them...... What am I doing wrong???

I guess im going to have to put a sheet of plywood down, and put a piece of vinyl on top of it and load it with sand or pine shavings after I put 1X6s around the boarder, to hold it in!?!???

I have 2 Sexlinks, 2 Australorp, 2 Barred Rock and that's it for right now..All between 16-18 weeks old. Now for the Coop the Run = 74'' L X 4' W.....The back part is 3' L X 4' W... Doors on both ends. Now i'm going to tear one side off and make it about 2-3' wider, just not sure on the...

Thanks for info, the back where they sleep, that's a solid floor with 12" cubbies and Pine shavings!!

Like I said it's an old heat pen for dogs so I will just us it as a coop!

I'm going to close off both sides soon and put more roosting boxes! But I think a solid floor would be best???

Hi There, I have an Old Dog Heat Pen that i'm am using for my coop, It has Slates for flooring, some poop gets through and some don't. Is it best to put in a solid floor and build a boarder around it and put in shavings??? I live in Va Hott and Humid and really want to keep things nice and free...
