Bubblefoot doesn't effect the eggs. I just didn't want to eat them after she'd had the antibiotics injected. :) I'd wrap the feet to keep them clean for a couple of days and she how she's doing.

Yes, probably not good for Alaska, but I've never had ice form -- even at the top -- here in Michigan. :) And yes, those black rubber ones are great. Used them for the outdoor dog water.
