Here is our coop. It gets pretty hot here in southern Utah around summer time usually in the 115's so we decided to put it under a tree which has helped a ton!
I love my sweet easter egger! After she started laying, she became very friendly and is one of the best layers in the coop. She almost lasted all winter laying! (Live in desert) Everyone needs an easter egger in there flock :)

I let the girls out to roam all day and at 8 I saw the leader of the pack, Macho Man Randy Savage (yes my husband named her) and they were all doing fine. By 5 I noticed she was missing, she's never been flighty, but I saw a chunk of her big feathers with a cluster of small ones. I'm guessing...
