    Thank you. I appreciate the advice. And will definitely go the cat food route because she is the one I've never been able to get hold of. She comes close but she is fast! I could get her at night, but she wouldn't be happy. I hope this helps her.

    Thank you that is very helpful. It has not got below freezing yet, although it's been close. I live in central Texas. Probably 40-50 at night and 70's during the day. I just put a camera in the coop and saw her go in and take her place inside the nesting box.
