    Yes, we were a little puzzled with the number ourselves! They were all together in same nest, so are from same time frame of 1-3 days. Didn't see this coming.

    I have been looking on this site for 4 days now...we are hopefully getting 5 chicks from school. I have the plans drawn for the coop and we are converting a large kennel to a run. Just one thing has us stumped-how large should the entrance to the coop be for the hens {hopefully}?
