I have just picked up a Ayam Cemani hen. Beautiful bird. Here are the pictures.
She doesn't like to go in the coop with the other birds but prefers to roost alone higher up on a bar in the run. Has anyone else found this?

Hey everyone, I asked Bluedwarf, to join us here and post photos. He is excited about getting his first Dorking and I was happy to find someone in England who has Dorkings.
Welcome, Ian!
I think that he bought his SGD at a Poultry Club of Great Britain show.

Thanks Kim. Yes...

They are different. I am still trying to learn about different type of creasted legbars. Is yours a cream creasted legbar?
Oh, and I meant to post my pic on the main thread. Sorry if I messed up your one.
Your bird is very pretty, I am sure you are very proud of her.
Went a chicken show yesterday and bought 2 more. A proper crested legbar and a silver grey Dorking. Beauties!!
And I think you could be right about the Cotswold Legbars.
I built mine with a removable floor for exactly that reason. It pushes up from underneath and can lift out. You have to be careful that it isnt too easy to do that though as Mr Fox can work that one out too, so I have been told.
Update.. would you believe that we actually got our first "blue" egg this morning. Very exciting news so it must have come from one of these two and I think it was the darker one.
I started in September this year and now I am hooked I live in Surrey in the UK. Started with the intention of getting 3-4 birds but came home with 9. We now have 13 and am upgrading the coop to get a few more.
Most of my birds are bizzas, certainly not show quality, but I think but they are...
