    What poultry can't be together?

    I know turkeys are prone to catching diseases from chickens.

    Does anybody really know?

    I've never tried this and it may be ridicolous but hear me through. I know chickens don't like lemon juice so if you put some diluted lemon juice on your chickens feathers right after you lock them up for the night they may find they feathers distgusting and never pick them again.

    Well that's good to know beacuase iate it anyway. There was only one orange yolk in the whole dozen which made me think twice.

    I bought these local eggs and the yolks are orange. Do some chicken's yolks just go orange naturally or did they just eat something funny?
