Need some advice. I have a chicken with ascites. I successfully drained fluid off of her and she gradually drained for a few days after from the punctures where I used the syringe. She’s much more comfortable but she’s not snapping back like others have. She’s secluded in a crate in the house...
Update: So the little dude is 11 weeks old and just started getting feather quills poking out in most of his naked areas. His neck and chest still have many bald patches and he still has a crazy mullet.
I’m surprised he’s actually feathering and blown away that it took 11 weeks for him to start!

I’m feeding flockraiser with 20% protein. I have 30% gamebird feed I can add in but I’ve got light breeds and ducklings all together so I thought it’d be overkill.
