Lol. Well shoot. I don't know what it is with our family and roosters, but we can't seem to get enough of them. We bought 'her' as a three day old female chick with the others. Oh well. The RIR roosters are beautiful! He'll be a nice addition to our flock.
This is Blue, our 4 month old RIR hen. She looks an awful lot like a rooster to me. She also pals around with three other hens that are her age, but she's by far the most independent in the bunch. Do you think she could actually be a rooster after all? Thanks so much for your help!
