    Yes... it does. I’m sure I’ll lose a lot more and it will be sad... but that’s how this goes! I’ve lost a total of 10 chicks so far since starting my flock. It’s always sad

    Thank you all! Our excitement was short lived. We brought the egg in to store until we got an incubator... we’ll my son wanted to “check on” the egg... and broke it. :hit Poor boy was devastated because he was just as excited as we were!! I couldn’t be mad at him :love She’ll lay another egg! ;)
