I had only one Euskal Oiloa Mille Fleur egg in the incubator. When I woke up this morning, it had hatched, but I can't tell which it is. The rest are sussex. I'm thinking its the middle brown one on the left as it doesnt have the stripes of the rest...and the light coloured are sussex for...
These chicks all hatched from eggs that were supposed to be purebred Speckled Sussex. Is this possible? After doing a google search i found some pics of light chicks labeled speckled sussex. Any ideas learned chicken folk???

This breed the females to have large wattles and comb at full maturity should be around the size this one has here.... and apparently the crested males mature later.....??
This bird demands attention, always in my face so sweet and friendly, Feather sexing at day old showed it was a female, but that is not always right.... What do you all think???

No, its no better and even spread a bit...they are 3 weeks now, and not all of them are showing signs of it... Dunno..they are starting to feather in maybe it will dissapear, but curious about the tiny white bugs.
