    Thank you and yes, the lips of the roofs hide 6 inch soffett vents that have been coon proofed with hardware cloth.

    It's finally done, well it's never done. But there are just finishing touches I need to complete. All the vital functions of the coop are operational. I still have to paint the connection to the run and the coop but that's really it. Maybe add another ladder to help my fat feather...

    Finally making some progress again.... We got a run for the outside, that's just setup temporarily until I can do the base in stone and connect it to the coop. Hence it's not level. Here are some interior shots and a few of the birds.

    My Small Scale Coop Build

    Finally got the color right and it's all painted. I need to put in nesting boxes/roosts/and do the run fencing then she's all done! Also... three of my five baby chicks are actually roosters. I think I'll keep one and punt the other two. Pictures of the chicks to come soon

    My Small Scale Coop Build

    Hey all, painting has commenced. The color is a little darker than I would like so it will be getting a second coat in a lighter shade of stain. Here are two pictures to show progress, trim is also still just in primer obviously.
