    My 6 week old Buff Orpingtons won't go in at night...I have to go out put them on their perch then lock up...I figure they will get it soon..only been outside a week now

    Well hello there. ..I am originally from OLEAN NEW YORK...down here in Vidor Texas 20 miles from the Louisiana border....my hens are hearty all year round and can tolerate cool weather but the coldest I have seen in my 17 years has been 20 degrees in morning but warms up quickly
