    i would keep the light one for his beautiful plumage but i would also keep the dark one for his wonderful body shape...very hard decision you have on your hands...hope you can figure it out

    yes like bigzio said..chickens need at 14 hrs of light...my chickens have four lights in there coop...it keeps them warm and gives them the 14 hrs of light they need to lay eggs..my chickens are laying 5-10 eggs a day
