    That looks about right. It is 20 watts. Mine is 25 watts and works well. 20 watts is probably good. The batteries keep the fans going after the sun goes down and the fans will run until the batteries are depleted. This can be hard on the batteries.

    Your coop is 8x10 (7ft h). That is 560 cubic feet. If you have fans that move a 100 cubic feet a minute I think that would be sufficient.

    The window fan is overkill. 10 cubic feet per second is a lot. I have one of those and it would be suitable for a triple garage.

    If the fans are kept out of the rain, they should be fine. The same fans are in place today and still work well. The fans are quiet. I would avoid noisy fans. I have gone back to the smaller solar panel and I am not using the batteries anymore.
