Tradescantia. I think it’s tradescantia zebrina, actually. There are multiple types. I’m in a few houseplant groups on Facebook and calling that plant by the common name is against the rules.
But I don’t think it matters here. And yes, they’re super easy to keep and propagate.

Had an accidental nap and now I’m awake. Todays works: I soaked the aloes, potted the spider plant babies back into the mother plant, soaked the arrowhead plant, then divided and repotted the purple passion.
Sorry granny, we were at a Boy Scout function and then went out for drinks. The Boy Scouts can drink like nobody’s business. DH and I were the youngest there AND we were the first two to leave.
My rattlesnake calathea is getting better, it wasn’t humid enough to stand up at night but it did a bit last night. Same with the prayer plant, it’s not standing up at night.
