    I too am not zoned for chickens so I built a stealth coop. well, walls on 3 sides I picked the same design you have picked. the only thing I would add would be some longer roof overhangs on all sides, it will help keep the run dryer. check out the coop I just completed...

    Please help me bolster my argument for hardware cloth

    I ordered a roll of 1/2 inch hardware cloth on line through Ace hardware, picked it up at the local store, no delivery charge. I can't see a dog or coon biting or chewing though this stuff. I used it, I hope not.
