    I'm trying to find out if this is a pullet or cockerel. I think they can be sexed at day old by looking at their pin feathers, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for. The photos are at 6 weeks old. Thanks:)

    What breed / gender is this? Updated with pics!!!

    My guess is a black sex link(black star) female. I had a black star which was black with rusty colored chest feathers. If it was a black sexlink male it would have had a white spot on it's head:)
