Carters Chick House

First time chicken keeper. They arrive in mid May.

Will have a total of 12 to start. Braham, Cochin and Orpington. Want them for pets, eggs and meat if we are starving.


I've been a dog educator over 30 years, I enjoy gardening, scuba diving and anything related to the outdoors.

Married to my childhood sweetheart 48 years. We have a 9 year old Newfoundland dog and one very old cat right now.

Just bought a nice hobby farm. I've been reading about chickens for a year. Found you on line. Wanted to learn,share and chat before, during and after our chicks arrive in May.
