    Hello I'm new to ducks. I have a kakhi cambel and a runner duck that had been laying very well this summer. I am sure my runner is molting. She hasn't laid in more than a month. My kakhi cambel stopped laying about that time but she doesn't seem to be in molt. How long till they get back in...

    Help, I've been massaging and giving her a water through a medicine dropper. Anything else I can do??

    Young kakhi cambell stopped laying???

    she has been laying for about 1.5 months and laying consistently. She has completely stopped now. Still 13 hrs of sunlight, no feed changes, no places she could have his her eggs. Only thing I can think of is she doesn't like to share her nesting box with the runner duck.

    It took her about 6 hours to get back up and going! She has made a full recovery thank goodness

    abything else I can do to help her? She's in a bathtub with a heater in to get her dry. Just let her rest and hope she pulls through?

    [/IMG] My roo is about 4 months old now. He did have some nice tail feathers but now is looking a little weathered! Is he molting at this young of an age? He still hasn't given out a crow also?? He is a roo right!?!?
