    Young kakhi cambell stopped laying???

    she has been laying for about 1.5 months and laying consistently. She has completely stopped now. Still 13 hrs of sunlight, no feed changes, no places she could have his her eggs. Only thing I can think of is she doesn't like to share her nesting box with the runner duck.

    [/IMG] My roo is about 4 months old now. He did have some nice tail feathers but now is looking a little weathered! Is he molting at this young of an age? He still hasn't given out a crow also?? He is a roo right!?!?

    Just checked, it's 1:30pm so a little late to lay. I probably need to leave them alone more. It's just so relaxing sitting in there run watching all of them pecking and scratching.

    my black star and leghorn are 21-22 weeks and exhibit all the sign that they should lay soon . Bright red combs, squat and one of them is giving a good laying yelp but no eggs! Does this sound normal?

    I had a raccoon killing my chickens last week! Takes the heads. I caught a possum in my trap last night. It had killed 3 of my young chicks before getting stuck in my trap. Raccoon still on the loose . Good luck trapping
