    -29F Cold Weather concerns - frozen clump of poo on hen's butt

    My 1 yo chicken had such a large frozen poop on her butt, I had to do something. She looked uncomfortable. I kept cutting around it, and it was very close to the skin.     Just noticed it yesterday. Thumbnail size discoloring on wattle. Rooster is 20 weeks old. He has some molting going on to side of neck area. His breathing seems slightly labored, but not sure. Eating well, maybe too much. Possibly overweight. Had Mareks vaccine.

    Weird pelleted poop, bloody stool?? Cocci!? Looks like raw meat.
