Does anyone have any idea what the heck is wrong with her foot? The pic on the left is her good one, the other pic is the bad one. She is running, walking, and jumping just fine. Appetite is good.
I'm not sure how old she is...got her from a friend. I think she was laying. I have 11 hens so it's hard to keep track. I will give her some vitamins. I have separated her into her own coop/run.
It is the darndest thing, I have two bowls of water and spread the food far and wide. When...
Morning all! Hoping you can help. I have 11 chickens and up until two weeks ago, they were split into two coops (side by side). We built a bigger coop and run and put them all in together. Hannah Brown, my Easter Egger started molting (or so I thought) but now I'm thinking it may be stress...
Cluckin' Good Grubs are grown and processed in the Northwestern part of the United States. I bought some for my girls and they loved them. They are a bit expensive but I feel it's worth it for quality treats. They also have herbs and food; organic and non-gmo.

The girls are about 6-7 weeks old (got them from a store, they weren't sure). They have quite a lot of feathers and I've been putting them in the outside...

Good morning! So excited I found this forum. Our town just passed an ordinance that we can have chickens and we have taken the plunge. There are six chicks in my house waiting for it to get warm so they can be moved outside. I'm hoping to glean a bit of knowledge from all you seasoned folks...
