    Speckled Sussex 8 weeks. Cockoo Maran at 7 weeks. Both Roos right?

    Th S is my speckled Sussex 8 weeks old. Cockerel? [/IMG] Possible too in back anther speckled Sussex in front. Same age. I can see some green in (his) feathers.

    Ok good. There's no heat source out there and this will be the first night out for them. Just a worried new chicken momma.

    Can my 7 week old chicks stay outside in the coop at night? There are 11 of them in an 8x10 coop. No other chickens out there. It's supposed to be 45 degrees.

    Cuckoo Marans chick sexing?

    I have a cuckoo Maran that I am thinking is a roo. Sold as pullet. I wanted to get a rooster so if he/she turns out to be a roo I will be happy. The first 2 pictures are current (3 1/2 weeks old) and the last one is when it was 1 week old. Anyone have any thoughts?

    His name is Speedy. My 5 year old named him when he was 3 days old. It defiantly fits him! He's fast and big. 4 weeks old tomorrow.
