Sure! They are molting right now so they have stopped laying for a couple weeks. But I can when they start laying again!

Oh boy! This is our first year so we are definitely learning too. But it depends on what breed. Each breed has a standard in which they describe what the perfect duck looks like. So I would get ahold of your standard, read it and see how close your duck matches.
