I just hatched 14 of the 16 eggs shipped from halo here on BYC.
I have never had this great of a hatch rate on shipped eggs.
Beautiful, healthy Blue Rocks. The red one in the back and the black one in front are from...

Hi Floridians.
Anyone need some roosters? I am Rooster RICH! I am getting about 70% boys on my hatched eggs.

I have a couple Buff Orps hatched on 6/27 from okihens eggs, an EE he is probably 4-5 months old from a...
I have 2 young roosters RIR's 6 or 7 months old. I have never really held them or cuddled them, but they had always been friendly towards me. Until about a week ago.......Fred, the dominate rooster decided he wanted to try and fight me. Jumped straight up in the air towards my face claws out, I...

I am in the same position. I have 23 babies all about a month old and noticed the gray ones (I am pretty sure they are Andalusians) are very aggresive. so I seperated them (3) and in a matter of a few hours one was left with no feathers on it's back from the neck to the tail!!
Hard to believe...
Thank you for sharing this!! I love it!
I am in South Florida and have been looking for some open coop designs and this looks perfect for me and my chicks.
Now, just gotta get Hubby on board
