    We had a lot of ticks before we got chickens and now I hardly ever find a tick on us, the dog or cat, and never on the chickens, so they must be doing something.

    Personally I don't find a need for Sweet PDZ. If you keep it clean the odor is minimal.

    I couldn't find an answer on this either. I toss the eggs for a week just to be safe (or scramble them for the dog if I'm feeling generous.) My mom grew up on a farm and remembers that they never tossed eggs even after worming. Maybe they didn't know back then, or maybe it's fine to eat them...
