    It almost sounds like the Northern Fowl Mite. Have you picked her up and looked at her closely? See if the 'dirt' around her vent is moving. My chickens have had the NF Mite and I remember thinking "WOW, I didn't realize chickens remained so dirty after dusting themselves". I had to laugh at myself!

    My vet gave me Fenbendazole to worm 36 chickens by mouth for 5 days. Do I need to worm them again in 14 days? She didn't say anything about that. If so , what should I use next? I've read posts that say I should use Wazine first. So confused.

    I took my rooster to the vet and found out he had roundworms so I am treating our flock of 36 birds. How can I prevent them from getting these again? Can I buy something to spray that will kill the worms? My chickens are 3 months old. I have no idea how they got worms. Thanks so much for any info.

    Definitely Blu Kote! Make sure you wear gloves. It is MESSY and does not wash off. It will turn the top hats purple!
