They are aggressive to my RIR but they are darn tooten good layers also they are not supposed to have meat on them they are layers - thats one of the advantages; eat less lay more. Also their brain is the size of a pea what do you expect?

My bird Ingrid has most of these symptoms and I can't afford the vet/antibiotics nor can I part with her. I have been giving her constant homeopathic remedies ( probiotics,oregano,cinnamon ect.) And epsom salts baths - she stinks and she has a swollen back end - And...
They are free range pretty much everyday - 40 acres but they don't go too far. I tell ya they sure do eat alot of grasshoppers ect.
I can tell they have gained a little bit of weight from just seeing but because i have known them for 4 yrs. the most difference i feel is when i pick them up
