    Continued slow improvements here. No open mouth breathing. Has her excited food face back. Eating a better variety. I truly feel I brought her back from death. Still looks anemic but I've read that takes some time to recover from. My Ruthie baby!

    Hopeful update today. Her open mouth breathing has mostly stopped! I've been treating for sour crop using monistat so maybe that has been helping. I'm still being cautious of her prognosis but I'll take any change that seems positive.

    Her mouth breathing seems to have stopped. She's still eating eggs and drinking water. A little improvement in the color of her comb and wattles but still not bright like they should be. Would giving corid just in case be beneficial in any way?
