    I just made similiar blocks, however, didn't use eggs. I froze the blocks instead of baking. Did you bake because you used eggs or ?

    I'm reading conflicting reports. One thing they agree on is if you refrigerate don't then leave them out on the counter. Your input?

    I collected first eggs yesterday. Just weighed them..they're about 1.40oz. 3 eggs from 10 girls yesterday, 1 today. However, I don't know who is producing :(
