That's exciting! You got some great breeds! I hope your EE heals quickly. Chicks sell out SO quickly this time of year! We're driving 45 minutes to pickup these chicks so I am really hoping there are some left!

I am doing pretty well. How are you doing? How is your flock? Have you gotten any chicks yet? I am picking up 16 chicks tomorrow! Four each of BO, BR, welsummers, and australorps, assuming that there are still some left when I get there.

Hello Meg! I'm great, but very busy (school). What about you? Yes, of course I'll be hatching some chicks this year ;-). I'll be hatching some d'Uccles, EE's, BR's, Turkens, and Large fowl Cochins. I just got the cochins last year and I am loving them. They are so docile and fluffy, and seem to be good layers too. I am going to contact the lady I got the Cochins from and see if I can get a few BLRW chicks from her around the end of the month. I'm sorry to hear that you lost some birds. What breed(s) are you considering getting this spring?

Yeah, I haven't met any other swimmers on here either! (Swimmers fist bump) Sounds like you are good at distance swimming! I had practice this evening and it whooped my butt. I did a 800 IM. And I sell eggs to my swim coaches. Lol. Who'd a thought swim team was a market for eggs?
