My hen is an older hen, 10 years now, and she just started having these odd looking stools. We have not changed food or anything else in their daily routine. Does this look like something I need to worry about? Any feedback will be very much appreciated.
Our girl, who is 9 years old, has a swollen abdomen which is red and warm to the touch. She is eating and going about her day as usual, but obviously something is wrong.

My RIR has fowl cholera and what we found as a treatment is oxytetracycline. Our TSC only had Liquamycin LA-200, which I am not sure on a dose or whether I can give it in the drinking water or by injection only? Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you Avery! So arnica salve, that makes sense. I ran out of my own arnica so will have to get some. Now the paper bag wrap, is there a reason to use the bag or can I use a 2x2 pad? My little girl is inside a nice cool area in a kennel resting. Has been for a couple weeks, poor girl.
