Guys they’re hatching my brain said “calm down it’s just a breakfast rock” but this is crazy the incubator is SQUEAKING

Day 19, my chickens incubator ran a bit hot, so I guess it’s hatching a day early! Will update tomorrow
(I had to let it run hot so the egg in the corner got enough warmth)

Guys help is it marek? Half are dieing, they cannot walk and tilt their head back strangely. Need advice!

just spent an hour making a nest box for Star, my plymouth rock. aaand she's laying her egg in the cat bed again
