    Letting her out with the other chickens really depends on what she has. If it's something infectious, you wouldn't want her around the other chickens. What antibiotic are you using? You could let her out in a different area of the yard if you feel she needs some outside time.

    Certainly sounds respiratory. At this point, I would use VetRX to simply help her be comfortable while her immune system kicks the problem. If it gets worse, antibiotics should be considered. Keep us updated.

    It sounds like a respiratory infection. It's hard to say what may be causing the respiratory infection, they are usually a secondary infection. I would treat with Tylan 50, .5CC injection daily for 5 days. Keep a look out for bubbly eyes in the sick chicken or any others as this would indicate...

    Is she coughing or sneezing? She probably has her mouth open because her nostrils are stopped up. .5cc of Tylan 50 injected into the breast muscle for 5 days will probably clear it up.
