    If the hen lays normal eggs tomorrow (or whenever) should I dispose of them? Should I isolate her? If it is lash egg, should she be culled? I’m clueless. This is our first flock.

    The first pic is what appears to be an egg inside of an egg I gathered a few days ago. I figured it was a glitch.     We bought these 2 chicks at TSC on March 30. The sign said straight run Wyandotte. The first picture is day we brought them home (2 dark ones on the left are in question).     Yep, that’s what we’re thinking. Funny thing is we purchased 4 straight run and they seem to be all pullets 🧐 We were trying for one rooster.

    Purchased 4 RIR day old pullets at TSC on March 22. I know it’s early but my guess is we have 2 pullets and 2 cockerels. We would like some other input since we’re new to raising chickens. We also purchased 4 Australorps and they do not show any sign of being cockerels yet. Thanks!
