The first pic is what appears to be an egg inside of an egg I gathered a few days ago. I figured it was a glitch. The second pic was today and found in nesting box after I cleaned the coop this morning. Appears to be the color of egg shell and thick egg white. No yolk. No odor. Also looks like normal poop with it. No blood. I believe both are from an Amber-link hen born in March and started laying in August.
Do I have a lash egg or another glitch?

It sure looks like lash egg material to me. Is your suspect pullet acting "off" in any way or is her belly hard or bloated? Silly question, but could you retrieve it from where it was discarded and cut it open to see what the inside looks like?
Yes. The cut through section of a lash egg is quite distinctive. A picture of it cut open would help be sure.

It was to soft to cut so I pulled it apart. I have 2 amber links that it could belong to. Neither are acting off and their abdomens feel ok
Hmmm. I don’t think that is a lash egg. Or at least not a typical one.
A lash egg is quite firm and rubbery - almost like a hard boiled egg in consistency - and typically looks something like this when cut open.
Of course as with all things natural there is wide variation so I am not saying it is definitely not a lash egg, just not anything like a typical lash egg.
Here is one my Maggie produced which is more typical.

If the hen lays normal eggs tomorrow (or whenever) should I dispose of them? Should I isolate her? If it is lash egg, should she be culled? I’m clueless. This is our first flock.

I am not an expert but I will share personal experience and hopefully the experts will arrive soon.
Maggie laid two of those ikky things in September 2020.
I took her to the vet who said she would most likely die and offered to euthanize her. I declined as she was behaving fine, but I mentally prepared to lose her at any point.
In spring of 2021 she started laying regular eggs again.
In August 2022 she again laid a couple of lash eggs. This time I treated her with antibiotics (Baytril).
She is chowing down on some shrimp tails at my feet right now. She is not in great shape because she is having a hard molt. There may be more to it than that and maybe this time the infection will carry her off, but the way I look at it we got two years together after the vet offered euthanasia.
I hope she makes it through whatever is ailing her now (hopefully just the molt), but I have been resigned to losing her for over 2 years.
My takeaway is that it is indeed the sign of a serious infection. And I am sure it is often fatal. But that is not always the case, so be guided by the quality of life of your individual chicken.
The decision you have to make now is whether to give antibiotics or not, and I am sure others will have informed perspectives on that.
