A couple of days ago I received a new chicken. However, my other chickens pick relentlessly on her. So she flies out of the pen... I have thought about clipping her wings, but I wasn't sure it was the best option. What are your thoughts of integrating her into my flock? Should I clip her wings?
I prefer crumbles especially if your girls are locked up in a pen. The crumbles keep the hens busier than pellets would, prevents the girls getting bored!
