    She same out of the nesting box today and was her normal self. We had our first two really cold nights last night and tonight, so I wonder if she realized how warm it was to be nesting in there ! Lol I was actually really surprised with how beautiful her first egg was!

    Our gorgeous Golden laced Wyandotte "Goose" laid her first egg today! She has been showing tons of signs so we have been on high alert. So exciting! Only issue now, tonight she seems to be sleeping in the nesting box ..... Which she has never done before, not sure what to do about that?

    This is part of the reason I'm unsure. This is my 6 month old GLW. She was very behind my SLW, who one day came out of the coop as a rooster lol So now that I have this little one who is younger yet so developed, I'm now wondering if that's why.

    Hello! My gf is giving us this adorable little Blue laced red Wyandotte, and thinks it's about 2 months old. I'm starting to worry now that it's a Roo as it already seems quite developed. My 6 month old golden laced only just started to get her wattles like this! Lol
