    Chick with watery eye

Update: her eye has gotten a little worse. Looks more watery and she keeps it mostly shut. She just settled down for the night and she is shutout very very loudly. I can hear her from across the house. Can anyone please help me?

    Chick with watery eye

Also, I noticed that when she breaths, I hear something like a click in her chest or neck area. Her nostrils also seem to be runny. Is this a respiratory problem!?? Which one could it be?!! Please help!!!

    Chick with watery eye

I have a 2 month old Orpington with a watery eye. The eye that is watery has bubbles in it and the other eye seems fine. She likes to keep it half open. Any suggestions as to what it is? I'm going to get a wet q-tip and try and clean her face. Thanks

That's very strange. I'm sorry I can't offer any advice. The only thing I'd say is keep a close eye on them which I'm sure you are already doing.

Sounds like they are docile for the most part. I'll take a deeper look into the breed then. Thank you!!!!

What temperament do the males normally have? I know that it is generally based on the specific personality but do they tend to be nice to the ladies and respectful to humans?

what do i feed my chickens after the starter/grower?

They should stay on starter/ grower until they start to lay. Then switch to layer feed.
