    were fine with whatever we get obviously, so far we have 4 different breeds laying (3 are light brown, 1 is cream colored) so any different colors are just icing on the cake, again hope at least 3/4 are pullets

    no feathers on any of the legs yet, im still not even sure if any/all are pullets or cockerel; they arent too heavy yet but are as large as our isa brown and lavender orpingtons which are 2 weeks older. does anyone think the bird i pictured is pullet? we’re hoping so for those pretty dark brown...

    feeding medicated crumbles. is bedding down with The Wyandottes and previously with 4 cuckoo marans, all the other chicks are growing at normal rate, definitely no aggression amongst them. He sleeps underneath the wyandottes.

    it seems to eat and drink fairly well. as far as the age, we have has it for 6 weeks so at a minimum we know that that it is that old. right now it’s living with two silver laced Wyandotte that I got at the same time but very soon they are going to be moved to our main flock.

    The feed store I got him from simply labeled as a frizzle. this baby is six weeks old and still fits in the palm of my hand. I mean I know bantams can be small but uhm this small? so anyways does anyone have any clue what this might be I thought perhaps a black cochin?
