    I don't have any fake eggs in my nests. I've never had any problems with them pecking their eggs.

    My daughter tried to crack it and took a picture but did not take the a inside of the egg picture only a picture of her sawing it open. she said it would not break at all.

    While preparing breakfast I cam cross an egg that would not crack. Had to saw it open. everything hard on the inside., have anyone had this problem before?

    It's a Rhode Island red hen that laid it.

    No it wasn't soft. The shell was a normal shell. It did have a very tiny yoke. The white part was real thick.

    I went to gather my eggs this morning and found one of the smallest eggs I've ever seen it concerned me so I google it. It said that If something disturbs her reproductive system. which means the hen didn't release a yoke before her body started producing the egg.
