egg that wouldn't crack

While preparing breakfast I cam cross an egg that would not crack. Had to saw it open. everything hard on the inside., have anyone had this problem before?

Wow! That's crazy! I've had some tough shells, but never one that would not break. I've also had some with super thick membranes that were hard to get into also.

My daughter tried to crack it and took a picture but did not take the a inside of the egg picture only a picture of her sawing it open. she said it would not break at all.

Wow thats pretty crazy! Maybe it got cooked inside the chicken lol

It's probably just be a one-off thing. Maybe due to the egg spending extra time in the shell gland getting many extra layers of calcium. I say maybe, because I'm a novice still.

Um... is it possible it's a ceramic egg? Did you put any fakes in your next box? Some of them look insanely real, but when you "crack" it open it's a thick shell and otherwise empty.

Might me lash egg? Look it up and send a picture to your daughter to see if that is what it is.
