I don't have a rooster, and the other day I cracked open an egg and it was a double yolker, but it was all bloody inside. Can anyone tell me why?

Sounds like a random glitch in the system. Happens sometimes especially with new layers and older hens. At this point I don't think it's anything to worry about, I would old really worry if it kept happening regularly in which case you'd need to find the hen responsible and do a health check on her

Sounds like a blood spot. You can read about them here.

What physically happens is that the yolk is enclosed in a membrane in the hen's body cavity as it is growing to a size to form a yolk. That membrane has blood vessels through it to carry nutrients to the growing yolk. When that yolk is released into the hen's internal egg making factory the membrane splits to release it. It is supposed to split on a line that has no blood vessels but occasionally there is an accident and the split crosses a blood vessel. That may release a tiny drop of blood or what looks like a lot.

That does not mean your hen is in danger. It's just something that sometimes happens, no more dangerous than a nosebleed for you.
