    I think I've had at least 500 calories today...so another 500 and I am done. I'm going to make a pita pizza with basil from my garden. I just finished 20 mins of a yoga sequence. Let's keep it going! My fiance said I felt skinnier the other day; that's one of his best compliments! :D

    I'll second the yogurt. Good for them and they go wild after they realize it tastes good! I also try to limit their treats at this time because I want them to eat more chick starter. Your post is much older now so it's almost time to be able to give other treats.
