I dusted them yesterday, the one with the pale comb definitely looks better. I didn't see any worms in the droppings, but I will also work them. What would you recommend as far as a good wormer?
I did feed them some scrambled egg this morning,and have been adding durvet vitamins and electrolytes to the water. I also got them some grit with probiotics.
I haven't seen mites or lice, but I'm not entirely sure what to look for. Also the chicken with the very pale comb has not laid, and the other girl was laying, but it has been 48 hours since her last egg.
I have 2 cinnamon queens that were left over from a commercial egg farm. One of the girls has very pale comb and wattles, the other girl was bright red, and now is becoming lighter. Also the one with the very pale comb has watery poo. Any suggestions?
I'm new to backyard chickens, I only have 2 cinnamon queens that were left over from a commercial egg farm. I live in Arkansas and will soon be moving into my own home where I plan to have a much larger flock.
