Thank you. I actually had 4 geese and 11 more Muscovies. I recently rehomed them because I know that I will be over run with babies otherwise! Every year they hatch 2 clutches each.

Hello, I'm new here. I have about 40 chickens right now. Next month I'm adding about 20 more, and 2 turkeys. I also have 4 Muscovy ducks that free range. I have 2 roosters that are barnyard mixes, born on my small farm. Handsome is a 5 year old red and black and green swaggering free range guy. He has two free range hens. Not Kyle is his son, 2 years old and is white with some black. The rest of my birds are Easter Eggers, Jersey Giants, Buff Brahmas, Speckled Sussex, and Wellsummers; and I'm adding Silver Laced Wyandottes, Copper Marans, Blue Andalusians, and more Jersey Giants. One of the Wyandottes is supposed to be a cockerel. I mostly have my birds for eggs and because I enjoy them. They have their own dog, an LGD, for protection. My name is Shannon.

Welcome! I'm new also! I have 2 Cinnamon Queens that were left over from a commercial egg farm.
