The chick hatched on its own. I believe it was a ruptured yoke as there was yoke in the incubator. This is my first time hatching eggs and this has been pretty crazy.
My neighbor helped me put the intestines back in and we superglued the belly closed. Chick is moving around. Now it’s a waiting game. He sure is a cute little guy.
Other post indicated the abdomen didn’t close. They haven’t had luck with chick surviving. If anyone has luck or idea on what to do please let me know.
